1. Introduction

Welcome to Bellamour Couture ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our store. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. General Information

Bellamour Couture is a boutique specialising in handmade, whimsical-inspired wedding dresses that bring dreams to life for brides seeking elegant dresses. 3. Orders and Payments

· All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

· Payment methods accepted include credit and debit cards. The types include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Discover, Visa Express and others.

· Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed

4. Handmade made-to-order based on our standard size dresses

· All dresses purchased online from Bellamour Couture are made to order standard, meaning they are created especially for you to your standard dress size.

· Refunds are available within 7 days of ordering your gown. However, due to cost of administration and pre-production organisation, a fee of $100 AUD will be taken out of the amount you’ve paid.

· If you have changed your mind within 8-30 days of ordering from our ‘Made to Order Standard Dress’, a fee of $500 AUD will be taken out of the paid amount due to cost of administration, pre-allocation of lace and pattern and any other pre-production organised associated with your order.

· We cannot offer refunds or exchanges any time after 30 days of placing your order with us.

· Any design changes requested after the order has been confirmed may incur additional charges.

· Due to the handmade nature of our dresses, slight variations in colour, fabric or finish may occur.

5. Returns and Exchanges

· Due to the bespoke nature of our wedding dresses, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.

· In the event of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a repair or replacement.

6. Sizing and Alterations

· We provide sizing guides to ensure you select the correct size. We strongly encourage all customers to have their body professionally measured at their nearest alterations shop in order to find which standard size suits them most. However, as all bodies are unique, alterations may be necessary.

· Bellamour Couture does not cover the cost of alterations after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

· All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Bellamour Couture and may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy
